Kelly has spent the last couple days packing, rethinking, repacking, packing, thinning, repacking, removing, re-adding... then reconsidering, repacking... etc.. hey it's a process! I breeze in and have my stuff laid out and ready to go, including travel items, in under an hour... it's the pilot in me after 40 years of overnight bags!
One last meetup at Brewskies Pub (our usual Tuesday gathering of both retired and active pilots) and then home to finish packing. Both our phones chimed our ability to "check in" and Kelly's excitement meter peg out! It's happening!
Some final things to go over in the morning and a lunch BBQ with family before catching our flight from Victoria to Vancouver later that evening.
